At the centre is not a queen or celebrated warrior, but a woman confronted again and again by absence. Names that should be accounted for. Faces missing from returning crowds. And what does faith look like when the answer to prayer does not restore the person you were hoping to find?

The Ones She Could Not Find is ultimately about memory: who receives it, who is denied it, and the stubborn human refusal to allow a missing person to become merely a number.
