The Story

As the final day unfolds, old loyalties fracture. A trusted figure reveals where his allegiance truly lies. Conrad Miller makes an offer. Martin Fitzpatrick discovers that administrative distance offers less protection when the people inside his files begin fighting back. The Harpers reach the Lantern Site. But Greybridge is not the only danger left. Gabe has spent years moving toward one man — Conrad Miller — and he wants an ending written in blood. As Hour 96 closes in, Ben and Emily begin to understand that saving Gabe may require standing between him and the revenge he believes is all he has left. Ninety-six hours earlier, Ben saved a stranger from dying on a road. Now he may have to save that same man from becoming exactly what Greybridge trained him to be.
